Terms & Conditions

1. Advance Payment:

• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the dispatch of the goods.
• Orders will not be processed or dispatched until the full payment is received.

2. Delivery and Dispatch:

• Delivery timelines provided are estimated and subject to change. The seller is not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to delays caused by third-party logistics, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of booking with a full refund of the advance payment.
• Cancellations made after 24 hours of booking will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.

4. Warranty and Returns:

• The seller provides a checking warranty only. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the goods. Any defects must be reported immediately before picking up the goods or within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period.
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is defective. The return must be requested within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for all delivery and return shipping charges in the case of a refund.
• Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted under any circumstances.

5. Liability:

• The seller is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred due to delayed delivery, or improper use of the equipment.
• The maximum liability of the seller is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the goods.

6. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

• By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
