2. Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic Orders: Typically, delivery all over Pakistan takes 6-8 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery for international orders usually takes 6-8 weeks, depending on the country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping based on weight for orders all over Pakistan.
- International Orders: Shipping costs may impact the estimated cost offered for international orders as these are calculated based on the source location, weight, and size of the package. You will be informed about the shipping costs before the order confirmation.
4. Order Processing
- Ready Stock Orders:
- Ready Stock Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Pre-Booking Orders:
- Share Your Wish-list To begin the pre-booking process, please provide us with a detailed list of the parts or products you require. This will help us understand your needs and prepare accordingly.
- Estimated Delivery Time Upon receiving your wish-list, we will calculate the estimated delivery time based on the availability of the items and current supply chain factors. We will provide you with a precise estimate and keep you informed throughout the process.
- Down Payment To confirm your pre-booked order, a 50% deposit of the estimated total cost will be required. This deposit secures your order and allows us to proceed with the procurement of the necessary parts.
- Batch Order Placement Once your deposit is received and the estimated delivery time is confirmed, we will place a batch order for the requested parts. We will handle all logistics to ensure timely acquisition of your items.
- Shipping Upon receipt of the goods at our facility, we will arrange for direct shipping to your specified location. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
- You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
6. Delivery Issues
